Community Involvements

  • “Wanna Read”


    The Little Smarties Nursery and students were delighted to donate over 400 new books for children in local hospitals to encourage reading in support of the 'Wanna Read' initiative led by H.H. Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan.

  • “World environmental day”


    Little Smarties nursery attended the World Environmental Day along with hundreds of students, community activists, social entrepreneurs, UN representatives, and media persons. Themed on Care with the slogan ‘7 billion dreams, one planet, consume with care’, the event featured various programs combining science, art, and information.

    They created robots that recycle, to help the community in many ways. They made these robots from recycled materials that supported the cause of the event.

  • “Pink Day Donations”


    Little Smarties Nursery created a charitable event to spread awareness of breast cancer. By parents volunteering to give toys and books that were auctioned, the money raised was then donated. The nursery also had a hand bag and jewellery auction for the public to attend and for them to participate in a charitable event as a community.

  • “Yas Marina Walk 2015”


    21,000 people attended the yas marina walk 2015. Among them Little Smarties Nursery walked the full circuit in support of diabetes. The nursery has participated annually in every yas marina walk showing great care towards those that face diabetes.
